Barker Langham team presents at M+H Show

Members of the Barker Langham team, Fiona King (Principal Consultant) and Olivia Boutrou (Art Director), presented with Phil Beard (Business Manager Parks & Amenities) from Newark & Sherwood District Council at the Museums + Heritage Show in London this month.

The talk was entitled 'Exhibition (Im)possible: no objects, small space, and perhaps the most hated King in England', which was about Newark Castle's recent temporary exhibition, ‘King John: the Road to Newark Castle’, commemorating the 800th anniversary of King John’s death. Barker Langham designed and produced the exhibition but encountered some challenges along the way. Visitors learned how our team created an exceptional experience despite these challenges and how they were able to communicate the complex story of King John through illustration and visual language.
