Stanmer Park and Estate Wins Lottery Funding
9th January 2017
We're exited to announce a funding success for another one of our projects! Brighton and Hove City Council has just been granted £4 million from the Heritage Lottery Fund and Big Lottery to restore Grade-II registered Stanmer Park and Estate, under the Parks for People Programme.
The redevelopment of this 18th-Century landscape will ensure that its historic and ecological elements will be safeguarded, with activities and events transforming the park into a vibrant place for the local community.
We've worked on this project since 2014, alongside project partners LUC, to develop the HLF bid and project vision, and project Activity, Business and Interpretation plans.
