Enhancing staff performance at Abu Dhabi’s newest icon
Born of an agreement between the governments of Abu Dhabi and France, Louvre Abu Dhabi displays art, manuscripts and objects of historical, cultural and sociological significance. Spanning millennia, the objects on display originate from societies and cultures all over the world, but universal themes and common influences are highlighted to illustrate similarities arising from shared human experience transcending geography, nationality and history.
Barker Langham Recruitment was commissioned to cascade the high-level, institutional and departmental Louvre Abu Dhabi (LAD) Performance Plan down to clearly defined technical competencies for all LAD staff, to enable Line Managers and the HR Unit to adequately review and appraise employee performance against consistent and quantifiable standards.
Our embedded, on-site delivery involved working collaboratively across all departments and stakeholders and communicating the final technical competencies matrix to Managers and Staff of the Museum.
