Abu Dhabi Department of Culture & Tourism

  • Department of Culture & Tourism Abu Dhabi
  • Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
  • From 2017

The Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT) Abu Dhabi regulates, develops and promotes the Emirate as an inspired global destination rich in cultural authenticity, diverse natural offerings and unparalleled family leisure and entertainment attractions, with the aim of supporting Abu Dhabi’s evolution into a world-class, sustainable destination of distinction.

We entered into a framework recruitment agreement with DCT Abu Dhabi in order to support their multifarious director-level, specialist and technical resource needs. This extended across the auspicious development projects on Saadiyat Island, as well as the redevelopment of Qasr Al Hosn, Abu Dhabi’s oldest settlement which was being sensitively transformed into a vibrant cultural district, with centres of learning and participation for the community offered through the new Cultural Foundation.

Working closely with Executive Management and the Talent Acquisition teams in the People and Performance department, we have successfully supported the appointment of outstanding international professionals into a number of strategically important, high-profile positions. Recent senior appointments we facilitated include the new Director of Cultural Programming and the new Director of Cultural Planning.
