Creekmouth Heritage Project
Celebrating the heritage of a lost village
Barker Langham worked with residents in east London to bring to life the stories of Creekmouth, a lost village with little remaining tangible evidence.
We engaged with the local community, facilitated guided walks, captured oral histories, obtained an extra £62,500 in funding from the HLF, and advised on the development of interpretive art installations.
The interpretive installations were built in summer 2015 and a new community website launched.
