The Parliamentary Archives, situated in the Palace of Westminster, is one of the most important collections of its kind in the world. This project sought to understand how the archive's audience would change if it moved to a new purpose built facility with exhibitions and greater public engagement.

Barker Langham delivered: a situations analysis; desk based market insight; primary research, consisting of large scale public survey, in depth interviews and focus groups; and spatial analysis for the future archive.

We submitted our final report in April 2015. This will inform a more detailed options appraisal and business case in due course.
