The Kelpies
The story of the world's largest horse sculptures
Two new landmarks in the form of 30-metre high, 300 tonne Kelpies horse sculptures now feature in central Scotland’s landscape, dominating the Forth and Clyde Canal at Falkirk.
Barker Langham developed the interpretive strategy and exhibition design for the adjacent visitor centre, to tell the story of the building of these monumental structures and the landscape in which they sit.
The visitor centre and exhibition opened in autumn 2015.
